CandorVox is accountability, not a pillory. These rules keep it useful and fair.
How to write an account
Review the process, not the people. Write about the company, the role, and how they hired. Never name a recruiter, an interviewer, or any individual. Accounts that name people are removed.
Write what happened to you. Share your own experience, accurately. Do not invent, exaggerate, or post about a process you did not go through.
Separate fact from opinion. "They did not reply for six weeks" is a fact. "They were disorganized" is an opinion. Both are welcome; do not state opinions as proven fact.
No private or identifying information. No names, contact details, or anything that identifies a specific person.
What we remove
- Accounts that name or target an individual.
- Harassment, slurs, or threats.
- Content that is false, or that you did not experience.
- Spam, advertising, or off-topic posts.
Anyone can report an account. A company can respond to set the record straight, but no one can delete a candidate's account except our moderators, and only when these rules are broken.
